Dear Sir:
When a message of thanks is in order a letter is never too late, please accept my apology for a tardy reply.
I want to thank you fellows and girls for the candy which you sent me, all of us enjoyed my package. As soon as the package was given to me at mail call the unanimous statement was, “We eat.”
Please remember me to Messrs. Ripley, Handy, and Hammond, if they are still at Bryant. Some day I hope to be able to attend another Alumni Reunion, and at which time it may be possible to renew acquaintances.
Sincerely yours,
Bill Berth (handwritten)
