Dear Fellows
I just received your letter pertaining too [sic] May 30, I just remembered that I had forgotten to acknowledge the package you sent March 4. We have been on maneuvers in the California desert for two months and are now back at our base.
I was interested to see that Carlo Conti is with the 11th Photo here. I am going over there to look him up to-night.
I wish to thank you very much for the cigs, and I hope to see Carl Conti by to-night.
