The Bryant Service Club
Providence, R. I.

Gentlemen;

This will acknowledge the recent receipt of the cigarettes you so kindly had sent to me. You may be sure each and every smoke was thoroughly enjoyed.

Many thanks to The Bryant Service Club and its director for the very fine work being accomplished. It really gives a person a great deal of pleasure receiving these packages and I believe that goes for all the men and women in the Service on your mailing list.

With continued good wishes for the college, club and its members I am,

Sincerely
Frank Garvies

P.S. Would it be considered bold on my part to request my name be put on a mailing list for sweets if the Club has such a list? Your kindness has always been appreciated by me and always will be.
