Dear Miss Blaney,

My family sent me your letter of Jan. 19th, asking whether I received the package the Bryant Service Club sent me on Dec. 4. Well, Miss Blaney, that package had quite a trip in catching up with me. It first went to Nashville, but I had left Nashville in October, then the package went to Maxwell Field, Alabama, but, two days before the package arrived at Maxwell, I had left for Primary here at Orangeburg. I received the much postmarked Jan. 1st for which I am deeply grateful.
