Gentlemen:

Thank you very much for the 100 “Camels” you sent me. They certainly came in handy.

I received them quite sometime ago but did not write as I knew we were going to move around. You have me listed under the 243rd Coast Artillery; last June I transferred into the Air Corps, my present organization being the 103rd Obsn. Sqdn. Fort Devens Air Base, Ayer, Mass. At present I am on detached service with the I Ground Air Support Command, Mitchel Field, N.Y., and I understand my organization is going to move from Fort Devens. Since last June I have changed stations exactly six times, so I would like to take the liberty of suggesting if there are any future surprises that they be sent to my home address at 20 Milton Avenue, Edgewood, R. I., and my wife will forward them to me wherever I am. She is about the only one who can keep up with my moving.

Thank you again.

Sincerely yours,
Cpl. William C. Lentz
