Dear Gang,

Thanks very much for the nice Christmas package. It arrived in excellent condition and was dee-licious. Our Christmas was very different from last year. Turkey, all the fixings, mince pie, (hot too!) yes, it really was swell.

Here it is almost a new year and I do hope it is the last one. Two of them in Italy are two, too many. Perhaps we’ll have the next at home, but if we don’t – well anyway, Happy New Year to the whole gang and thanks again.

I certainly enjoyed the candy very much and I do appreciate it. I can just see the very grateful and happy looks on the faces of Bryant men all over this world. Some day we’ll give a grand time to all of you for this and we’ll indeed remember the Bryant College of Providence and the many happy hours spent there.
