Abstract
In the article, the author discusses the importance of finding problems before they happen. He mentions that leaders need to develop into effective problem-finders, which involves being able to detect the warning signs before a situation becomes a real problem. He cites as an example, the Rapid Response Teams (RRTs) invented by Australian hospitals to respond to calls, usually from a nurse who notices an early warning sign of a crisis.
