Letters displayed here were written by Louis C. Martelle to the Bryant College Service Club. Mr. Martelle graduated from Bryant College in 1939 with an Office Management Course leading to the Degree of Bachelor of Science in Commerce. During his time at Bryant, he was a member of the Year Book Committee, Glee Club, and Dramatic Club.

Shortly after graduation, records indicate he worked for Louis J. G. Martelle, Realtor. Mr. Martelle married Mary B. Ronne, a graduate of the Bryant College Class of 1940. Mr. Martelle was drafted and served in the U. S. Army.
