To the members of the Bryant Service Club:

Last week I had the pleasant surprise of receiving the “Bryant News” along with a very welcome letter from the members of the Service Club! Today I received an Xmas gift from the Club & I want to thank them very much for sending me these! It sure was a surprize [sic] & a pleasure to read the Bryant News & to learn what is going on in my good ole Alma Mater! Bryant is certainly well represented in the various services!! So far I haven’t run across any of my former classmates but I hear from several of them often.

I am new at Victorville, Calif. & after being commissioned here I expect to move East again—if it is possible I want to visit good ole Prov. again & Bryant College!

Please keep the Bryant News coming my way & here’s the best of luck for the Service Club in ’43.
