Dear Mr. Chairman,
Thank you for the thoughtful gift of a sweater that you sent to me. It is ideal and comes in very handy on these cool days. It was just what I needed.
May I state that I am proud to be an alumnus of Bryant College. My education at that school has helped me a great deal in this Army life.
In closing, allow me to thank you again. I deeply appreciate your thoughtfulness.
