Mr. and Mrs. Hall
50 Hawthorn Street
Hartford, Connecticut January 22, 1943

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Hall:

The Bryant Service Club sent a package to your son, Pvt. Everett M. Hall, on December 4, 1942, but it has not been acknowledged although we believe that we have a correct recent address. The address we have for him is as follows:

Pvt. Everett M. Hall
2nd Recruit Detachment
240th C. A.
Fort McKinley
Portland, Maine

Naturally we do not want to continue sending these packages if he is not receiving them, and yet we do want him to know that we are thinking of him. Do you know if he has received this package? Will you be good enough to let us know at your early convenience so that we may know whether to continue or discontinue sending packages to him?

The package has not been returned no have we been notified by the Post Office Department of any failure to deliver it. As this package was insured, we want to start a tracer in case it has not been received.

Yours very truly,

BRYANT SERVICE CLUB

Providence, Rhode Island
