Abstract
Matt Fiore aims to spark conversation about acceptance, understanding, and the power of diverse viewpoints, leaving the audience inspired to reevaluate their perceptions and contribute to a more inclusive and empathetic society. He hopes you walk away from this talk with a new appreciation for neurodiversity and the strengths that individuals with autism bring to the table. Matthew Fiore is a Junior at Bryant University studying Management and Psychology. He is the President of Bryant Builders and sits on Bryant University's Community Standards Hearing Board. He is the owner of Summerfield's Bricks, an online Lego reselling business. Matthew enjoys exercising, building with Lego, watching basketball, and spending time with his family.
