My sons’ address is now,
Tech/Sgt. Fred A. Bither
Hq. III Armored Corps.
It might interest the school to know that he is chief clerk to the commanding general and received five stripes at once for exceptional ability in his work. The giving of five stripes at one time is an unusual procedure in the Army I believe.
Just thought this spoke well for the school from which he graduated!
