Letters displayed here were written by Edwin B. Briggs, Jr. to the Bryant College Service Club. Mr. Briggs graduated from Bryant College in 1939 with a Business Administration Course leading to the Degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. During his time at Bryant, he was a member of the Tau Epsilon fraternity, Glee Club, Yearbook Board, and a Senior Counselor.

Shortly after graduation records indicate he worked for the U.S. Rubber Company located in Providence, RI.
