To Bryant Service Club,

Thank you very much for the Christmas package of cigarettes.

I also enjoyed receiving your Service Club letter with “On the Campus” and “Alumni Bulletin” enclosed a few days before the package arrived. The Japs didn’t show up today, but we were ready for them out here in “Territory of Hawaii”.

You will notice I have had a promotion and a slight change in address. I’m Personnel Clerk for my home battery here in Headquarters. It is O.K. to use my old address though.

Your Service Club is doing fine work. All of us really appreciate it.
