SERVICE CLUB NO. 3
HARMONY CHURCH AREA
FORT BENNING, GEORGIA
March 26, 1943
Dear Chairman:
Thanks for the swell box of “eats” that I received today from the Bryant Service Club. It certainly was appreciated by the barracks gang as well as by the writer!
Two weeks ago, I saw Lieutenant Nathaniel Lipschitz just after he had graduated at the Infantry School. He well deserved his bars as it was a stiff course. I guess you know that Lieutenant Lipschitz taught accounting during 1940 – 1941 serving as “lab” instructor.
Thanks again for the candy.
Yours truly
Cpl. Charles Crocker, Jr.
