The Bryant University Library is named after Douglas Krupp and wife Judith. Mr. Krupp graduated from Bryant in 1969 and received an honorary Doctor of Science in Business Administration at Bryant's 1989 commencement. Co-founder and Chairman of the Berkshire Group (Boston, MA). Mr. Krupp was a Bryant University Trustee from 1991/92 -2000/01. Mr. Krupp returned to Bryant's Board in 2008/2009 and continues to service in this capacity to this day.

The Douglas and Judith Krupp Library opened in September 2002 with the generous support of the Krupps.
