My darling husband,
You’ll probably be on the train or bus or whatever you’re going on while you read this. I sure wish that I were with you now. This is the first letter that I’ve written since we were married, honey. I hope there aren’t many more of them to you.
You’ll be here in a few minutes honey so this will be short. Just wanted to tell you that I’ll miss you more than you’ll ever know.
This I didn’t finish because you came before I had time. I wanted to put it in your pocket before you left.
