Day of Understanding (DOU) is an annual, university-wide event held during the fall semester. It is hosted by the Office of Institutional Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging to strengthen our community. This all-day event is the culmination of campus wide efforts to provide various programs, workshops, and spaces for critical dialogue to advance awareness about race, accessibility, gender, equity, and other important diversity related issues.
