Dearest Darling,
I’ve got a chance to drop you a line so I’m taking advantage of the opportunity.
We’re going to be on the move again now that the outfit is all together again. I’m feeling OK but miss you madly.
Last night I perused through the photo album and relived some of our experiences. Sweetheart, you’re not only an adorable lover but an ideal companion. We’ve had a lot of fun together, haven’t we darling? Boy, it doesn’t compare with the fun we’re going to have, what with our family and all!
I spoke with Sgt. Embry and he told me he received a letter in which Lt. Embry told him of your meeting. I know she enjoyed your company a lot, Bubs.
Sweetheart, this note will be short since I’ve got to be going again. I’ll write again as soon as I can.
I love you, my dearest,
Vic
