In this episode, Dr. Maura Coughlin, a professor of English and Cultural Studies department, speaks about her book Ecocriticism and the Anthropocene in Nineteenth Century Art and Visual Culture and how art and visual culture can be used to relate 19th century preoccupations with ecosystems to contemporary environmental concerns.
