Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) has rapidly evolved over the years, emerging as a transformative technology with the potential to revolutionize various industries as well as the way humans work and live. With its ability to mimic human cognitive processes and perform complex tasks, this technology is becoming a powerful tool for automation, decision-making, and problem-solving. Despite these major advancements, several challenges still exist which need to be addressed in order to unlock its full potential. The goal of this research is to gain a better understanding of global attitudes towards AI in the workplace. The purpose is to expand upon existing knowledge about employee attitudes toward this technology, and to discover key insights for managers seeking to implement this emerging technology in their workplace operations. Surveys were employed to collect data which was then analyzed to determine if there were any statistically significant patterns or correlations in employee attitudes toward AI. The analysis focuses on three factors including the participants age, gender, and the country in which they reside. The results of this analysis provide a comprehensive understanding of employee attitudes toward AI technology along with several valuable insights that were uncovered during the research process. Specifically, managers can utilize these insights to develop informed implementation plans for this emerging technology. The end goal of this research is to provide managers with a better understanding of employee attitudes toward AI so they can reap the various benefits of AI technology, without negatively impacting their employees current satisfaction levels.
