Dear Friends,
This will just be a short note to let you know that I received your gift, and wish to thank you for it.
I am now in Nashville to take my classification exams, which will classify me as either pilot, bombadier or navigator. I have already finish[ed] my exams, and now I am just waiting for the results. I have my fingers crossed.
I wish to thank you again, and want you to know that the gift was greatly appreciated.
