Dear Friends,
I received your very welcome package containing the cigarettes. Let me express my deepest appreciation.
I read of the Bryant Service Club in the last issue of the Bryant Alumni Bulletin. It is a fine and patriotic venture.
As I am receiving orders in three weeks, I cannot give you a permanent address. However, as soon as I arrive at my new station, I shall forward it immediately.
Again, allow me to express my thanks for your consideration, and keep up this fine work. It helps the boys more then [sic] people imagine.
Sincerely,
Walter M. Lee
