Gentlemen:

Thank you so very much for sending the November issue of the “Bryant Alumni Bulletin” to me. In its own way it has shown how thoughtful the college can be even though many of its alumni, just as I, tend to be neglectful of it.

The “Bulletin” reached me a few days ago after having followed me half way across the country from my former post at Fort Sill, Oklahoma to Fort Benning where I have been since early December as a student in the Infantry Officers Candidate School.

During my first week here, I was pleasantly surprised by meeting two boys who were students of mine during the two times I was in the employ of the college. One, Luther Grimes, ’38, is a candidate in another company. The other, Chas. E. Crocker, ’41, is a corporal in the regimental personnel section.

Another item I’m certain will interest you is that I became engaged last September while on furlough to Miss Shirley Goldstein of Bronx, N. Y.

Thank you again.

Sincerely,
Nathaniel Lipschitz, ‘36
