CAMP LEE, VIRGINIA
May 2, 1943
Dear Fellows:
Thanks for your letters. It’s great to here [sic] what’s happening back at school. It sort of brings back memories of those days when we were all together, enjoying the same things.
I’m here at Camp Lee, Va. Assigned to the Quartermasters Corp and am just completing my basic training. My course at Bryant has proven very helpful because I think I may have a chance at clerk’s school when I start a technical school.
Tell the Service Club to keep up the good work. It’s things like that which helps the fellows morale the most. I hope we can meet again after this mess is all over, and can resume our studies again.
‘Till We Meet Again’
