Abstract
The article discusses business training and education by means of simulations. A simulation, the author indicates, is where students use online technology to get information, make decisions, and get immediate feedback on their choices in the context of a particular program or class. Multimedia case studies about the Columbia space shuttle disaster and Mount Everest hiking expeditions which explore decision making and communication are also discussed.
