Abstract

Professor Sharmin Attaran showcases of utilizing artificial intelligence and big data to maximize marketing. Professor of Marketing, co-author of The Little Black Book of Social Media and The Little Black Book of Social Selling. With extensive expertise in digital marketing, I help students and businesses create impactful strategies that drive results. My research focuses on digital marketing, consumer behavior, sustainability, and digital transformation to help businesses adapt, integrate new technologies, and stay ahead of trends. I teach Digital Marketing Strategy, Social Media Marketing, and Consumer Behavior in Hyfex, online, and hybrid formats. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
