Providence, Rhode Island Dear Friends
I wish to say “hello” from the Patterson Field front. Everything is under control out here and operations are proceeding as planned. Seriously friends, I wish to say thanks for the lovely gifts that keep coming my way. I realize I am very lax where correspondence is concerned but please excuse it.
I spent a few days in Rhode Island last month. It’s amazing what a furlough does for a fellow!! Wish I could give you some news but everything is quite [sic] out here.
Thanks again for your kindness in remembering me.
Sincerely
Albert F. Wiesner
