Dear Friends

Received your Christmas gift and appreciated it very much. Being remembered by the folks back home certainly helps a Soldiers morale.

At present I am in the hospital recuperating from an operation. Aside from that everything is the same here at Patterson Field.

My work is very interesting and my Bryant education has stood me in good stead. I am receiving another type of education in the Army that I know will help me throughout life.
