Dear Mr. Chairman:

The President of Bryant College, Smithfield, Rhode Island, Dr. William T. O’Hara, provided me with a copy of his recent letter to the F.C.C., and I would like you to know of my support of his views in the interest of ten-watt FM college radio stations, like Bryant’s WJMF, which he fears will not be able to continue broadcasting if proposed rule changes published in Docket 20735 are implemented.

I very much hope that Dr. O’Hara’s appeal for review of Docket 20735 and for careful reconsideration of the consequences of the proposals will have the special attention I believe it warrants, and I would appreciate being advised on the status of this matter.
