NON COMMERCIAL EDUCATIONAL

Subject to the provisions of the Communications Act of 1934, subsequent Acts, and Treaties, and Commission Rules made thereunder, and further subject to conditions set forth in this permit, authority is hereby granted to

BRYANT COLLEGE OF BUDINESS ADMINISTRATION

to construct and FM broadcast station located and described as follows:

  1. Description of transmitter: GATES, BFE-10C.

(or other transmitter currently listed in the Commission’s “Radio Equipment List, Part B, Aural Broadcast Equipment” for the power output herein authorized and, if applicable, for stereophonic and SCA operation).

  1. Description of antenna system:

ANETNNA: GATES, FM-22, 2 sections, mounted on a mast atop 41 foot high building.

Overall height above ground: 61 feet.

  1. Operating assignment

(a) Frequency 91.5 Megahertz

(b) Transmitter output power 10 watts.

(c) Effective radiated power ~~~~~~~~~~ watts.

(e) Hours of operation – Unlimited

  1. Date of required commencement of construction December 3, 1973
  2. Date of required completion of construction October 3, 1974
  3. Equipment and program tests shall be conducted only pursuant to Sections 73.216 and 73.217 of the Commission Rules.
  4. This permit shall be automatically forfeited if the station is not ready for operation within the time specified or within such further time as the Commission may allow unless completion of the station is prevented by causes not under the control of the permittee. See Section 1.598 of the Commission Rules.
