Senior consultant and founder of Magi Associates, Inc., an organizational and educational consulting firm. Since 1987 he has taught and lead personal and corporate development programs in both the United States and Asia. His expertise lies in the areas of leadership skills development, coaching/mentoring, communications training, and group facilitation. Most recently, he has become involved in the design and implementation of experiential, adventure-based professional education and development programs.
