Dear Douglas:
Having seen you so recently there isn’t very much news to write so just a short note to let you know how much we enjoyed your very brief visit. Of course the time went so fast that it was over almost before we realized you were home but it was worth it for even those few hours and so comparatively inexpensive that we hope you will do it every opportunity you have, although don’t miss out on any good times that are offered you for weekends in New York...
