DEAR SERVICE CLUB MEMBERS

YESTERDAY I RECEIVED YOUR VERY INTERESTING LETTER ABOUT THE GOOD OLD SCHOOL AND IT WAS REALLY GOOD TO HEAR ALL THE NEWS. I'M GLAD TO HEAR THAT TAU EPSILON IS STILL REMEMBERED AS BEING THE BEST FRAT AND THAT OUR DAYS IN "SCOTT HOUSE" HAVEN'T BEEN FORGOTTEN. BY THE WAY DO YOU KNOW MRS. STOCKBRIDGE'S ADDRESS. I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM HER FOR ALMOST A YEAR. IS PROF RICHARDS STILL AROUND?

AT PRESENT I AM WITH A HOSPITAL UNIT IN ENGLAND AND I HAVE HAD THINGS PRETTY GOOD, SO FAR. I AM KEPT PRETTY BUSY MOST OF THE TIME, BUT I MANNAGE [sic] TO GET OUT ENOUGH TO SEE SOME OF THE COUNTRY SIGHTS. THE SCENERY IS VERY BEAUTIFUL IN THIS PART OF THE COUNTRY, BUT NOTHING LIKE RHODE ISLAND, OR BETTER YET, PENNSYLVANIA.

I JUST WANT YOU TO KNOW THAT ALL THE FELLOWS OVER HERE, AND IN THE STATES, REALLY APPRECIATE THE KINDNESS OF THE SERVICE CLUB, AND SOMEDAY WE WILL ALL COME BACK TO SCHOOL AND RENEW THE FRIENDSHIPS WE ONCE HAD.

ONE OF THE TAU ESPILON BOYS,
Don "Fuzzy" Zarfos
