Dear Chairman,
I wish to thank you for the two packages of cigarettes I received the other day. I sure do appreciate them. I am down here studying advanced radio and it sure is not like Bryant. We sure do work here and it is sure tough. We have been promoted to Corporal and when we finish here we will be given some more stripes which sure do come in handy pay day. This is a swell place after freezing all winter in South Dakota.
