Mr. Marshall was a member of Phi Sigma Nu fraternity and graduated from Bryant College in 1940 with the Degree of Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Records indicate that, after graduation, he worked for J. L. Marshall & Sons of Pawtucket, RI.
