Speakers: Priscilla Angelo, PhD, Principal, Partners for Global Education
She serves as a principal with Partners for Global Education Ltd., helping organizations to extend their global reach. In the firm, she heads the international stewardship and fund development practice. As a cultural geographer, academic administrator, and strategic planner, Ms. Angelo formerly served in senior-level capacities at St. Lawrence University and Bryant College, and founded the World Trade Center Rhode Island.
Gertrude Hochberg founding member, Rhode Island Commission on the Status of Women
She is the former vice president of public affairs at Bryant College, and was the college's first female vice president. She was also the first chairperson of the Rhode Island Commission on the Status of Women, having been appointed by Governor Chafee in 1963 as a founding member. In 1973 she was awarded top honors for "Excellence in New Information" by the American College Public Relations Association. In 1977 she was the first woman inducted into the Rhode Island Heritage Hall of Fame.
